  • Worst Hotel Experience Ever



    Upon arrival Jennifer at the front desk had a bad attitude. We paid for a 2 day stay, so after being out all day Saturday. We returned to a dirty room. Bed wasn't made up. We informed staff that juice had been spilled on sheets; however, dirty sheets were left on bed. The shower was still dirty. Dirty towels and wash cloths were still in the room. Jennifer at front desk was informed but she never offered to have someone clean room. She lied and told management that we denied room service. She told me she would give me new sheets and I could make up the bed myself. I've never had... More...

  • Do not waste your money. Horrible Customer Service
